General Assistant (Catering)

About the role
We are looking for a motivated General Assistant to support our kitchen team in delivering high‑quality catering services across multiple sites. You will work closely with cooks and chefs, ensuring smooth food production, service, and a clean dining environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist cooks and chefs with food preparation and production tasks.
- Serve meals to clients and staff in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Follow food safety regulations and company hygiene protocols.
- Support inventory checks and basic stock replenishment.
Required profile
- Reliable and able to work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
- Good communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required.
