About the role

The Future Leaders Development Programme is a 24‑month accelerated graduate development scheme at Tiger Brands. It targets recent bachelor’s or BTech graduates who show leadership potential and will rotate through various business functions such as Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and IT, preparing them for future key positions within the FMCG company.

Required profile

Recent graduate (3rd or 4th year) with a relevant bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 65 % academic average from an accredited South African institution.
South African citizenship or valid work authorization.
Strong ambition and desire to build a career in FMCG.
Demonstrated high achievement and innovation during studies.
No more than one year of full‑time work experience in the field of study.
Ability to relocate and travel during the programme.
Valid driver’s licence and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
