Furniture Consultant (40hr)

About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Furniture Consultant to join our @home store at Mall of the North. In this 40‑hour per week position you will act as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional guest experience and driving sales of our home‑ware and furniture range.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personalized service and exceed guest expectations by recommending the best solutions.
- Track and achieve sales targets, monitoring performance against goals.
- Stay informed on product trends, technology and new collections.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the store.
- Assist with stock replenishment and visual merchandising to keep the store presentation ready for customers.
Required profile
- Minimum education: Grade 12 (Matric).
- Passionate about people, target‑driven and results‑focused.
- Strong work ethic, initiative and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Flexible availability for weekends, public holidays and evening shifts.
- Organised, thorough and capable of managing risk and turnover.
