Fullstack Software Engineer (React & C#)

About the role

We are looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer to join our team in Cape Town (Mowbray). The role involves developing, testing and maintaining web applications, with a focus on back‑end development in C# and front‑end work using React.

Key responsibilities

• Write clean, maintainable back‑end code in C# following OOP principles.
• Develop responsive user interfaces with React.
• Design, build and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Design and implement databases using MySQL, PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging and unit/integration testing.
• Estimate effort, track progress and raise delivery blockers.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards and CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant full‑stack development experience.
• IT Diploma or Degree is advantageous.
• Experience in the retail sector is a plus.
