Full‑Stack Software Engineer – AI‑Driven Help Desk

About the role

Flowapt is building an AI‑powered help‑desk platform that unifies customer conversations across WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, email and web chat. As a Full‑Stack Software Engineer you will turn product ideas into reliable, production‑ready features that power real‑time support for e‑commerce brands.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship end‑to‑end features using a React/TypeScript front‑end and Supabase edge functions.
• Build and fine‑tune AI support agents, including prompt engineering and tool‑calling logic.
• Create and maintain integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and the Meta messaging ecosystem.
• Own database schema, migrations and performant PostgreSQL queries.
• Implement OAuth flows, webhook pipelines and data‑sync jobs.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, ensuring high reliability for multi‑tenant customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience building full‑stack web applications.
• Comfortable working with modern serverless or cloud back‑ends.
• Ability to take ownership of features from concept through production.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and attention to reliability.
