Full Stack Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high‑quality web applications. You will work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and performant solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy web applications using Angular (frontend), Node.js (backend).NET (enterprise services), and SQL (databases).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business goals.
• Maintain coding standards, conduct code reviews, and implement best practices for quality and performance.
• Contribute to system design and architecture for scalable, maintainable applications.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
• Optimize front‑end responsiveness, server‑side processing, and database queries.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable releases.
• Document technical specifications, APIs, and user guides.
• Ensure security compliance and mitigate data‑risk.
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge.
• Design and operate enterprise agent capabilities, including multi‑agent orchestration and intent routing.
• Build and optimise Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, embeddings, and indexing.
• Evaluate emerging AI models, conduct proofs‑of‑concept, and recommend production adoption.
• Instrument observability, define evaluation frameworks, and deploy services via cloud‑native platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Experience delivering end‑to‑end web solutions in an agile setting.
