Full Stack Engineer – SaaS Scaling & Azure Deployment

About the role

We are looking for a senior Full Stack Engineer to refactor and harden an existing MVP for multi‑tenant SaaS deployment. You will migrate the data layer, containerise the application on Azure, implement robust authentication, and move the front‑end from vanilla JavaScript to Angular. The role demands rapid delivery using AI‑assisted coding tools.

Key responsibilities

• Migrate SQLite to PostgreSQL with zero‑downtime schema changes and multi‑tenant data isolation.
• Containerise the application using Docker and orchestrate deployments on Azure App Service and Functions.
• Implement enterprise‑grade authentication (OAuth2/OIDC), RBAC and SSO integration.
• Re‑architect the front‑end to Angular, applying lazy loading, state management and performance tuning.
• Design and maintain an API gateway with versioning, rate limiting and caching.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps) with automated testing and staged releases.
• Introduce observability (structured logging, distributed tracing, APM) and performance optimisation (profiling, load testing, Redis caching, CDN).

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of professional software development experience.
• Proven track record of scaling an MVP to a production SaaS serving thousands of concurrent users.
• Experience with multi‑tenant architecture, database migrations and enterprise authentication.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Daily use of AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot) with demonstrated speed gains.

• CI/CD (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps, automated testing, staged deployments).
• Git (branching strategies, rebasing, monorepo/multi‑repo workflows).
