Full-Stack Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a JavaScript/TypeScript Full‑Stack Developer to join a leading AI technology company on a full‑time remote basis. You will design, develop, and maintain high‑quality code that trains and optimizes AI models while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient code for AI model training and optimization.
• Conduct evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyze results for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains.
• Develop comprehensive explanations and rationales for evaluations.
• Lead supervised fine‑tuning efforts, creating and maintaining high‑quality, task‑specific datasets.

Required profile

• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for full‑stack development.
• Experience with Node.js backend development.
• Familiarity with the Nest.js framework.
• Knowledge of front‑end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Ability to write readable, reusable, and maintainable code.
