Full Stack Developer (React/Node.js, AWS)

About the role

The Application Developer will support the evolution of technology solutions for Online Education Services (OES). Working in a hybrid model, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, build, and optimise a custom platform that powers online learning.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, testers, product owners and business analysts to refine requirements and drive feature development.
• Assist in low‑level solution design with architects, ensuring robust and maintainable implementations.
• Design, build and enhance features using React (frontend), Node.js (backend) and AWS services.
• Continuously improve performance, scalability and reliability through code refactoring, API optimisation and cloud infrastructure enhancements.
• Develop and maintain APIs for integration with Salesforce, data warehouses and other critical systems.
• Create proof‑of‑concepts to evaluate new features and technologies.
• Apply cloud‑native best practices with serverless computing, containerisation and infrastructure‑as‑code.
• Support the setup and operation of new partner systems domestically and internationally.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools and automated testing to streamline deployments.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews and promote engineering excellence.

Required profile

• 5‑6+ years of professional experience developing web applications.
• Strong ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑performance, scalable solutions.
