Full Stack Developer – React, Node.js & AWS

About the role

The Application Developer will support the evolution of online education services by building and maintaining a custom platform using modern web technologies and cloud services. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑performance features and ensure the solution scales globally.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, testers, product owners and business analysts to refine requirements and drive feature development.
• Assist in low‑level solution design with architects, ensuring robust and maintainable implementations.
• Design, build and enhance features using React (frontend), Node.js (backend) and AWS services.
• Continuously improve performance, scalability and reliability through code refactoring, API optimisation and cloud infrastructure enhancements.
• Develop and maintain APIs for integrations with Salesforce, data warehouses and other critical systems.
• Create proof‑of‑concepts to evaluate new features and technologies.
• Apply cloud‑native best practices, leveraging serverless computing, containerisation and infrastructure‑as‑code.
• Support the setup and operation of new partner systems domestically and internationally.
• Enhance DevOps processes using CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools and automated testing.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews and promote engineering excellence.

Required profile

• 5‑6+ years of professional experience developing web applications.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
• Experience guiding junior developers and contributing to a strong engineering culture.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for staying ahead of technology trends.
