Full Stack Developer

About the role

MSA Outsourcing Solutions - UK is looking for a proficient Full‑Stack Developer to join one of its UK‑based clients. You will design, develop, and maintain both client‑side and server‑side applications, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and performant while delivering exceptional user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain features across a React front‑end and Supabase back‑end.
• Develop responsive UI components using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Design and implement server‑side logic, APIs, and databases.
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance through best coding practices and testing.
• Maintain and optimise existing applications, troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews to uphold code quality and share knowledge.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of full‑stack development experience.
• Strong written and spoken English for daily stand‑ups and async discussions.
• Self‑directed and able to pick up tickets and ship them independently.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• React with TypeScript (hooks, modern patterns, component composition).
• JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Supabase or equivalent BaaS (PostgreSQL, Firebase, Hasura).
• REST APIs and standard authentication patterns.
