Full Cycle Recruiter (Remote, PST Hours)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Full Cycle Recruiter to join our remote team and support recruitment operations within an ABA environment. The role is fully remote, working US Pacific Standard Time (9 am‑5 pm PST), and involves managing the end‑to‑end hiring process for multiple positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source, screen and interview candidates for a variety of roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate documentation and pipeline data.
• Utilise recruitment platforms and CRM systems to track progress and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Support onboarding coordination and general recruitment administration tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams on workforce planning and hiring needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) highly preferred.
• Previous full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare, ABA services or staffing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional and well‑spoken.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home‑office setup.

• Experience with JazzHR.
• Basic CRM knowledge.
• Proficiency with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
