Frontshop Controller

About the role

We are looking for a Frontshop Controller to lead the day‑to‑day retail operations at our Bredasdorp store. The role is customer‑focused and ensures a welcoming environment while maintaining efficient store processes. You will work closely with the store manager to ensure targets are met and the store reflects our brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service.
• Arrange and maintain visual merchandising displays to attract shoppers.
• Process refunds and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Support smooth store operations through teamwork and adaptability.
