About the role

We are looking for a driven Remote Sales Representative to join our fast‑growing team that helps restaurants optimise their menus. You will work remotely, converting pre‑qualified warm leads into satisfied customers without any cold‑calling, and you will operate on U.S. EST hours (3 pm – 11 pm SAST).

Key responsibilities

• Follow up and convert warm leads via calls, emails and texts.
• Maintain high‑quality interactions with restaurant owners and managers.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with the remote sales team while adhering to U.S. EST working hours.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably inbound or lead‑driven.
• Flawless spoken and written English; confident and persuasive on calls.
• Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Self‑motivated, persistent and results‑oriented.
• Reliable tech setup with fast internet and a modern laptop.
• Residency in South Africa.

Required skills

What we offer

• Competitive base salary with on‑target earnings of approximately R30,000 per month.
• Salary range R20,000 – R45,000 per month (negotiable).
