Frontend & UX-Focused Developer

About the role

GoldTrust is seeking a sharp frontend developer who blends strong product thinking with excellent design taste. You will work directly with the founders to shape and improve customer‑facing websites, landing pages, internal tools, and sales support systems, turning complex journeys into simple, high‑converting digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Build fast, polished frontend experiences using React, Vite, Tailwind, Astro, Radix, shadcn, and Claude Code.
• Translate business goals and user journeys into clean, effective interfaces.
• Improve landing pages, forms, quote flows, lead flows, and internal tools for higher conversion rates.
• Analyse user behaviour, identify friction points, and reduce drop‑offs.
• Write clean, maintainable, production‑ready code and integrate with backend APIs (authentication, content fetching, WebSocket cache invalidation).
• Enhance page speed, responsiveness, accessibility, and overall frontend quality.
• Collaborate with founders on product direction, UX decisions, and implementation details.

Required profile

• Strong frontend development experience, especially with React.
• Excellent visual design sense and attention to detail.
• Deep understanding of user journeys, UX principles, and conversion optimisation.
• Ability to think beyond tickets and propose holistic improvements.
