Front-End Developer (Advanced)

About the role

We are looking for an advanced Front‑End Developer to join our team in Menlyn, South Africa. The role focuses on building and maintaining responsive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and cloud technologies. You will work in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with UX designers, product owners and back‑end engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front‑end features on the platform/application.
• Review and present system solutions to the IT Project Manager and system owners.
• Produce technical documentation in line with ISO standards.
• Gather and analyse user requirements, facilitating daily stand‑ups.
• Provide coaching, training and user manuals for colleagues and end‑users.
• Conduct system audits and ensure proper integration between technologies.
• Coordinate development and support environments and assist with business case preparation.
• Plan, monitor and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of professional experience in front‑end development.
• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an Agile team.
• Willingness to coach peers and deliver user training.
