Front End Developer (3-5 years experience)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Front End Developer to join our product team. You will translate customer needs and user expectations into interactive, high‑performance web applications while ensuring an excellent user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with design, product, and development teams to build elegant, responsive, and interactive interfaces across multiple devices.
• Convert UI/UX designs into functional prototypes, creating reusable components and maintaining clean code.
• Implement client‑side performance best practices to ensure the product scales efficiently.
• Monitor key usage metrics, identify issues, and proactively optimise the application.
• Adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment and support rapid design and technology changes.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a web developer, UI developer, or frontend engineer.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a passion for delivering high‑quality user experiences.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficient in HTML and CSS, including SASS, Bootstrap and CSS Grid.
• Solid JavaScript knowledge and experience with frameworks such as jQuery and Angular.
• Ability to debug using Chrome Developer Console.
• Familiarity with Ember and Ruby is a plus.
