Freelance Recruitment Consultant – Flexible Hours

About the role

We are looking for an experienced freelance Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a flexible basis. The role can be performed from our Sandton office or remotely, allowing you to manage your own schedule while delivering end‑to‑end recruitment services for financial services, mining, banking, insurance and investment clients.

Key responsibilities

• Full‑cycle recruitment in a agency environment, from sourcing to placement.
• Cold‑calling, headhunting and conducting interviews with candidates.
• Managing a dedicated desk and maintaining a pipeline of qualified talent.
• Negotiating offers and closing placement deals.
• Building relationships with clients in the financial services, mining and banking sectors.

Required profile

• Minimum five (5) years of experience working in a recruitment agency.
• Proven track record of placements in financial services, mining, banking, insurance or investment sectors.
• Ability to work independently and run your own business from home.
• Non‑smoker.

• Negotiable basic salary plus commission based on hours worked.
