Franchise Account Manager – Enterprise

About the role

The Enterprise team at Uber Eats partners with South Africa’s largest restaurant franchises. As a Franchise Account Manager you will deepen existing relationships with corporate brand teams and develop direct ties with key franchise groups to drive marketing, operational and trip growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow long‑term partnerships by leading day‑to‑day interactions with decision‑makers across your portfolio of franchise groups.
• Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities to unlock value for partners and for Uber Eats.
• Increase product adoption and secure marketing investment by clearly communicating product value.
• Identify operational opportunities, design strategies and drive positive change within your book of business.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, product and legal teams to act as the voice of the customer and remove blockers.
• Develop analyses to understand trends, provide insights and track initiative impact against growth targets.
• Lead recurring business reviews to highlight progress, address opportunities and ensure targets for net acquisition and trip growth are met.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in account management, consultative sales, digital media or business development.
• Proven ability to use data and insights to shape strategy and measure impact.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong systems thinking and comfort working in highly ambiguous environments.
• Excellent negotiation, forecasting and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
