About the role
The company is seeking an experienced Foreman specialized in wet trades to lead on‑site operations in the Western Cape. The role involves supervising daily construction activities, coordinating labour and subcontractors, and ensuring projects meet quality, timeline and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily on‑site operations and enforce health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, to standard, and within quality expectations.
- Report progress to project management and maintain accurate documentation.
Required profile
- 5–8 years proven experience as a Wet Trade Foreman.
- Solid experience in residential construction.
- Strong leadership and site supervision abilities.
- Ability to manage teams, timelines, and quality standards.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and site safety.
- Residency in the Western Cape.
- Qualifications such as NQF2, Red Seal Certificate, or MBA are advantageous.
