About the role
A client based in Cape Town is looking for a reliable and experienced Foreman to supervise, coordinate and ensure continuity of its area cleansing operations. The position is for a period of 2 months.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor the performance of staff and the progress of operations
- Oversee daily operations and ensure an efficient workflow
- Coordinate teams, tools, resources and the transportation of staff as needed
- Allocate daily tasks effectively to ensure productivity
- Monitor service delivery and resolve site-related challenges
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational requirements
- Report operational issues and progress to management
Required profile
- Completed Grade 10 (passed)
- Aged between 18 and 65
- Essential supervisory experience in a similar role; previous supervisory experience is essential, including supervision of more than 50 staff
- Valid driver's licence and a valid, updated PRDP (Professional Driving Permit)
