Forecourt Manager & CCTV Surveillance Officer

About the role

The Forecourt Manager will lead daily operations at a busy service station, ensuring smooth customer service, efficient stock handling, and effective CCTV monitoring. This full‑time position requires a hands‑on leader who can manage staff, maintain operational controls, and support marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all forecourt activities, including fuel dispensing, retail sales and CCTV surveillance.
• Create and manage staff rosters, supervise team performance and provide leadership.
• Maintain stock levels, conduct operational controls and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports.
• Support marketing and sales initiatives to drive station revenue.
• Work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of forecourt or service‑station management experience.
• Strong staff supervision and leadership abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

• Computer literacy.
