Foreclosure Attorney

About the role
Our client is expanding rapidly and seeks an admitted attorney with at least two years of post‑admission experience in High Court banking litigation, focusing on foreclosures, vehicle and asset finance matters.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high‑court litigation for foreclosure and asset finance cases.
- Manage an independent portfolio of legal matters.
- Meet strict turnaround times and deliver results under pressure.
- Potentially supervise junior personnel where applicable.
Required profile
- Admitted attorney with a minimum of 2 years post‑admission experience.
- Specialised experience in High Court banking litigation, especially foreclosures.
- Valid driver’s licence and own transport.
- Ability to work effectively under intense pressure.
- Experience managing junior staff is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Familiarity with GhostPractice and CACS platforms is a plus.
