Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in the restaurant, room service and function areas.
• Maintain a friendly, fast and efficient service environment.
• Manage front‑of‑house operations, including guest interaction and order taking.
• Handle stock duties such as replenishing supplies and ensuring proper storage.

Required profile

• Matric (high school) qualification.
• Previous restaurant experience is essential.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Effective communication with staff and guests.
• Honest, trustworthy and detail‑oriented.
• Presentable and well‑spoken.
• Proactive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work shifts.
