About the role

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor at Mount Nelson, you will lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests. This fixed‑term position offers the chance to develop supervisory skills within a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling and supervising F&B staff.
• Maintain the highest standards of service excellence and quality across the department.
• Oversee daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures, seating arrangements and coordination with kitchen staff for timely food preparation.
• Support overall management of F&B areas as needed.
• Implement systems and procedures that improve cost efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fast‑paced Food & Beverage environments delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong product knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
• Friendly, attentive demeanor with the ability to answer guest questions and provide recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and colleagues.
