About the role

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage service to maintain the highest quality standards.
• Proactively improve guest satisfaction and respond promptly to enquiries.
• Develop and execute plans that meet departmental targets and hotel objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop the F&B team, fostering a culture of growth and performance.
• Manage the departmental budget, control costs, and monitor inventory.

• Implement programmes that enhance service standards, profitability, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and audit requirements.
