About the role

Our client, a leading distributor of premium alcohol brands in South Africa, is seeking a dynamic FMCG Sales Representative to manage and grow its portfolio in Gauteng North. The role offers the chance to own a territory, build strong relationships with outlets, and drive the visibility of iconic brands in a fast‑paced market.

Key responsibilities

• Boost brand visibility by ensuring premium products dominate shelves and menus.
• Drive sales success through creative strategies that meet and exceed targets.
• Lead promotions and execute impactful campaigns that deliver ROI and strengthen brand equity.
• Engage consumers, create memorable experiences and gather market insights.
• Maintain operational excellence by managing call cycles, reporting and outlet coding accurately.
• Oversee asset management, keeping promotional stock and company vehicle in optimal condition.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in FMCG or liquor industry.
• Strong product and category knowledge with understanding of marketing and accounting principles.
• Computer literacy and ability to work with digital reporting tools.
• Endurance to tolerate extended field‑based hours.
• Valid driver’s licence.
