Flexitank General Worker

About the role

Join Trans Ocean Liquid Technologies in Cape Town as a Flexitank General Worker. You will support the in‑house manufacturing of Flexitank and Vinliner products, ensuring each unit meets the company’s strict quality standards from raw material to finished product.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve hourly production targets while maintaining product quality.
• Report material defects to Quality Control and senior supervisors.
• Cut and roll sheets, trim tanks, and perform welding, sleeving, and folding operations.
• Conduct visual inspections for material quality, correct numbering, and alignment.
• Report foreign objects, hazards, and equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Maintain housekeeping and update job sheets for each task.
• Comply with ISO9001, FSSC22000, OSHAS 18001 and ISO14001 procedures.

Required profile

• Matric qualification (or equivalent vocational/technical certification).
• Less than 2 years experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Strong time‑management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• High ethical standards, reliability and a safety‑first mindset.
