Flexi Store Assistant – Retail

About the role

Spitz, a luxury fashion retailer, is looking for a flexible Store Assistant to join its team in Tzaneen, Limpopo. You will deliver world‑class service, help customers find the perfect items, and keep store operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cash desk duties accurately, following daily cash control and banking procedures.
• Handle manual transactions when required and ensure zero variances.
• Execute daily stock procedures, assist with customer orders, and conduct weekly stock counts.
• Maintain storeroom organisation and complete shoe‑pairing exercises.
• Provide expert product knowledge, deliver a premium shopping experience, and build strong customer relationships.

Required profile

• Matric / Grade 12 (essential).
• 6 months to 1 year of retail experience, preferably in luxury or fashion retail.
• Passion for high‑end fashion, footwear, and customer engagement.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and peak trading hours.
