Flexi Sales & Customer Associate (24hr) – Oudtshoorn

About the role

The Flexi Sales & Customer Associate works on the showroom floor to deliver an exceptional in‑store experience, turning visitor interest into sales through product demonstration, needs analysis and accurate order processing. The role supports the Store Supervisor and Showroom Manager in meeting sales and service targets.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers, understand their needs and convert interactions into sales while meeting individual targets.
• Demonstrate products, communicate features, benefits, pricing and promotions aligned to the catalogue.
• Guide customers through the full journey – selection, ordering, payment and after‑sales support.
• Capture orders, payments, refunds and credits accurately and maintain compliant documentation.
• Support basic stock handling, floor replenishment and maintain high visual merchandising standards.
• Adhere to all policies, cash handling procedures and internal controls, escalating risks as needed.
• Collaborate with team members, support promotions and be flexible with shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Required profile

• Grade 12 / Matric (minimum requirement).
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience in a target‑driven environment.
• Availability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Homeware retail experience is advantageous.
• Clear credit and criminal record.
