About the role
Fidelity Services Group is looking for a Fleet Fitment (Tracking) Technician. The overall purpose of the job is to complete tracking device installations to the highest quality and within the required timelines.
Key responsibilities
- Complete hardware installations to the highest quality and within the required timelines
- Repair, maintain and install tracking systems
- Offer product support onsite and remotely
- Deal with technical and client queries
- Assist with technical evaluations and repairs
- Manage stock and tools of the trade
- Provide comprehensive feedback to internal colleagues
Required profile
- Matric
- Driver's licence (code B)
- At least 3 years' experience fitting vehicle tracking equipment
- Trade test in motor electrical electronics or similar preferred; auto-electrician qualification advantageous
