Finops Manager – Coastal Operations

About the role

The client, a leading logistics provider, is looking for a Finops Manager to lead the financial operations function for its coastal region. You will be responsible for overseeing order processing, stock reconciliation, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with internal frameworks and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of the regional Finops plan and align it with operational and client‑specific needs.
• Review, approve and audit project files, financial templates, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage daily stock reporting, validate WMS data, and reconcile static and dynamic stock figures.
• Generate daily, weekly and month‑end financial reports and ensure timely delivery of client‑facing documents such as stock certificates, moisture reports and invoice summaries.
• Facilitate end‑to‑end operational compliance, including slab inspections, handling instructions and CIG coordination.
• Maintain strong customer communication via WhatsApp groups and other platforms, addressing queries on stock, documentation or invoicing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in stock management and financial operations within a logistics or import‑export environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to audit and validate complex data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination.
