Financial Controller – Aviation

About the role
This is a senior Financial Controller position focused on aircraft finance within a fast‑growing aviation operation. Based in Lanseria, you will own the financial control of the fleet, leasing arrangements and performance reporting, influencing strategic fleet decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Own fleet financials, lease accounting and month‑end reporting.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis for aircraft operations.
- Produce clear management reports to support commercial decision‑making.
- Liaise with operations, leasing partners and external auditors to ensure compliance and robust controls.
Required profile
- BCom Honours in Accounting.
- 5–8 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years as a business controller.
- Strong technical accounting background, especially lease accounting.
- Commercial mindset with confident stakeholder communication.
- Experience in aviation or other asset‑heavy, multi‑entity environments is advantageous.
