About the role

We are expanding our financial advisory team for the 2026 intake and are looking for motivated, people‑focused individuals who want to launch a career in financial services. No prior experience is required because we provide accredited training, mentorship and ongoing support from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients and conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses.
• Provide advice on investments, insurance products and retirement planning.
• Build and grow an independent advisory practice with full company backing.
• Develop long‑term client relationships that generate recurring income.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) as minimum qualification.
• South African citizenship.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable personal vehicle.
• Clear criminal and credit record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, coachable and target‑driven mindset.
