About the role

A leading financial services firm based in Johannesburg is seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial and client‑focused Financial Advisor to join its Pretoria team. You will provide comprehensive financial planning and advice to both individual and corporate clients while building a sustainable book of business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial planning and advice to individual and corporate clients.
• Build and manage a sustainable book of business.
• Conduct client reviews, needs analysis and deliver tailored wealth solutions.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s professional standards and regulatory requirements.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry regulations, trends and company platforms.
• Participate in branch activities, training sessions and client events.

Required profile

• RE5 qualification (compulsory) and preferably a CFP® designation.
• Proven track record in financial advice or wealth management.
• Strong understanding of investment products, estate planning, risk cover and retirement solutions.
• Ability to build and maintain a client base with excellent communication and networking skills.
• Self‑driven with an entrepreneurial mindset and awareness of compliance and regulatory standards.
