About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join IWCP, a leading Liberty affiliate, as Financial Advisors. No prior financial planning experience is required – you will receive full training, mentorship and industry accreditation to build your own advisory practice.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives.
• Conduct professional financial needs analyses.
• Provide tailored advice on life insurance, investments, retirement planning and wealth creation.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
• Develop and grow a personal client portfolio to generate a sustainable income stream.

Required profile

• Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
• South African citizenship.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for client appointments.
• Clear criminal and credit record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
