Finance Team Lead

About the role
We are a leading digital technology business in Johannesburg seeking a Finance Team Lead. You will own the day‑to‑day finance function, ensure accurate financial reporting and drive process improvements that support rapid business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full finance function, including oversight of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Prepare, review and present management reports to senior leadership.
- Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing finance team.
- Maintain robust financial controls and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
Required profile
- BCom in Accounting.
- SAICA or SAIPA articles completed.
- At least three years of post‑articles experience.
- Minimum two years of experience managing a finance team.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Required skills
- Excel (advanced level).
