Finance Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Specialist to act as the critical bridge between our finance and finance‑technology teams. You will help define requirements, optimise reporting, and ensure seamless integration of gaming, operational, technology and development transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance to define detailed project requirements for ERP and software initiatives.
• Monitor project costs, assess resource needs and allocate personnel efficiently.
• Gather input from Finance to develop clear project outcomes and communicate them to the project team.
• Oversee end‑to‑end project management, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery.
• Facilitate training, resources and support for the project team to maximise performance.
• Identify and resolve complex challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate schedules, assign tasks and delegate responsibilities with the Project Assistant.
• Manage project budgets closely and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Focused, self‑motivated and project‑oriented professional.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to act as a liaison between finance and technology functions.
• Experience in managing ERP or software implementation projects is preferred.
