Finance Lead (12-Month Contract)

About the role

The Finance Lead supports the delivery of transformation initiatives across 29 countries. The role coordinates process transition, business readiness, operational stabilization, reporting and continuous improvement so that Finance processes migrate into a central, standardised model. It works closely with Country teams, Central Teams and Project teams to drive process standardization, support change adoption and enable operational excellence through data, reporting, automation and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Process design and transition: run process design workshops, review process maps, procedures, SLAs and KPI frameworks, support knowledge transfer and readiness assessments, and identify gaps and risks.
• Go-live and stabilisation: support process migrations, coordinate issue tracking during hypercare, monitor post-go-live performance and implement stabilization and continuous improvement plans.
• Operating unit readiness: prepare backlog assessments and reports, develop dashboards, deliver SAP transaction and reporting training, and monitor backlog clearing.
• Reporting and governance: prepare status reports, dashboards and metrics, develop change management reports, provide operational and volumetric analysis, and support governance meetings.
• Automation and continuous improvement: identify automation opportunities, contribute to business requirements documentation, coordinate UAT and track automation benefits.
• BEST rollout: deploy standardized processes, assist with master data configuration and governance, coordinate user training and monitor compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline.
• 5+ years in Finance Operations, Shared Services or transformation projects.
• Experience supporting Finance transitions, migrations or GBS programmes.
• Preferred: global business services experience, process improvement, Lean Six Sigma or project management certification, automation experience, and French.

Required skills

• SAP S/4HANA and strong SAP knowledge and reporting.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C).
• Advanced Excel and data analysis, including KPI dashboards and management reporting.
• Stakeholder management, facilitation and communication.
