About the role

Key responsibilities
- Process incoming payments and daily accounts receivable transactions
- Record accounts receivable and maintain financial documents
- Resolve billing discrepancies and prepare invoices and statements
- Send reminders and collect overdue accounts
- Handle account enquiries and prepare reports
Required profile
- Age 18 to 35
- Qualification from Matric to Honours Degree
- South African citizen with no criminal record
- Unemployed graduate (most internships require this)
Required skills
- Basic understanding of finance
- English reading, speaking and writing proficiency
- Attention to detail, good interpersonal communication and ability to work under pressure
