Finance Administrator

About the role

SAE Institute is looking for a Finance Administrator to join its team. The role covers campus-related invoicing, student financial administration and debt collection, and supports the Managing Executive in day-to-day on-campus financial management.

Key responsibilities

• Capture all primary campus-related invoices
• Prepare purchase orders for authorisation
• Handle all student-related financial administration with accurate record keeping
• Manage debtors daily, including monthly statements and payment follow-ups by phone and email
• Reconcile campus invoicing to academic records
• Support the Managing Executive with day-to-day on-campus financial management
• Reconcile creditor and supplier pastel accounts to month-end statements

Required profile

• A finance qualification
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a finance department
• Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and strong administrative skills

Required skills

• Experience with SAGE, Intacct or similar accounting systems
• Intermediate-level Microsoft Excel
