About the role

Join Overberg Personnel as a Sales Representative covering the Overberg region. You will be the face of the company, delivering locally made products directly to spaza shops, tuck shops and small retailers.

Key responsibilities

Open new accounts with spaza and small retail outlets.
Deliver stock to customers on a regular weekly route.
Collect payments and ensure timely invoicing.
Build and maintain a loyal customer base.
Perform hands‑on, road‑based work across the Overberg area.
Apply energy, persistence and strong people‑connection skills in the field.

Required profile

Valid, unendorsed driver’s licence.
Proven ability to sell and meet targets.
Comfortable working in low‑income and informal trade environments.
Honest, trustworthy and self‑motivated.
Target‑driven attitude.
