Field Auditor – Retail Stores

About the role

Truworths, a leading South African fashion retailer, is looking for a detail‑oriented Field Auditor to join its team in Cape Town. You will be responsible for ensuring store compliance, accuracy of merchandising standards, and overall operational consistency across multiple retail locations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site audits of store performance, visual merchandising, and inventory accuracy.
• Verify adherence to brand guidelines, pricing policies, and promotional displays.
• Document findings, prepare audit reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with store managers and regional teams to implement improvements.
• Track audit trends and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience in retail environments or audit functions is preferred.
• Willingness to travel between stores within the Cape Town region.
