About the role
We are seeking an experienced Farm Manager to oversee mixed‑farming operations, including cropping and cattle, on a large‑scale property. The role involves coordinating seasonal workloads and ensuring efficient use of machinery.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily farm activities across both crop production and livestock.
- Coordinate seasonal labour and team schedules.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery.
- Problem‑solve practical farm issues as they arise.
Required profile
- Proven experience in broadacre or large‑scale mixed farming environments.
- Willingness to relocate to a rural setting and work long‑term.
- Good English communication skills and a clean criminal record.
