Farm Manager – Commercial Operations (Australia)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Farm Manager to lead commercial operations in avocado, macadamia, nuts or exotic fruit production. The role involves overseeing large‑scale, structured farms and ensuring optimal productivity and quality.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day farm activities across commercial orchards and nut plantations.
- Implement best‑practice agronomic techniques to maximise yield and sustainability.
- Coordinate labour, equipment, and resource allocation for efficient operations.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Report performance metrics to senior management and adjust strategies as needed.
Required profile
- Willingness to work in regional or rural locations.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Clean criminal record.
- Readiness to relocate to Australia.
