Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality teaching and mentorship to undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Required profile

• Relevant doctoral degree (Ph.D.) for Associate Professor and Professor posts; Master's degree with strong research record for Assistant Professor posts.
• Demonstrated teaching experience in the respective discipline.
• Evidence of scholarly publications and research contributions.
• Eligibility as per University Grants Commission (UGC) norms for the applied rank.

Required skills

• Subject‑specific expertise in one of the listed departments (e.g., English, Odia, Sociology, Journalism and Mass Communication, Anthropology, Economics, Biodiversity & Conservation of Natural Resources, Mathematics, Education, Hindi, Sanskrit, Statistics, Business Management, Computer Science).
• Ability to design curricula and assessment tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
