Facilitators & Registered Assessors – IT Faculty

About the role
Careers Business Institute is looking for qualified Facilitators and Registered Assessors to join the IT Faculty at its Umhlanga campus. The successful candidates will support the OC AI Software Developer (SAQA ID 118792) and OC Software Engineer (SAQA ID 119458) programmes, delivering high‑quality instruction and assessment in line with national standards.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver lectures and practical sessions for the OC AI Software Developer and OC Software Engineer programmes.
- Assess and moderate student work in accordance with SAQA standards (IDs 118792 and 119458).
- Develop and update curriculum content to align with industry and QCTO requirements.
- Provide academic guidance and support to learners throughout the course.
Required profile
- Relevant degree qualification (non‑negotiable).
- Minimum three years of lecturing experience in an IT or related discipline.
- Experience with QCTO processes and compliance.
- Registration as an Assessor/Moderator where applicable.
