External Sales Representative – Lowveld (LK)

About the role

We are seeking an External Sales Representative to cover the Lowveld region of Mpumalanga, operating from Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Afrikaans and will drive sales of industrial tools and related services to both existing and prospective customers.

Key responsibilities

• Market and sell products and services to customers in Central Johannesburg and surrounding areas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Complete call reports and occasionally deliver products or services.
• Report non‑conforming products, service issues, and customer complaints to management.
• Provide feedback on product performance, deliveries, and queries.
• Assess customer satisfaction levels.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the industrial tool market.
• Self‑motivated, independent, with a strong sense of initiative and urgency.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Great attention to detail, committed and reliable.
• Bilingual – fluent in English and Afrikaans.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.

What we offer

• Basic salary of R4,000 plus commission, with a guaranteed R25,000 per month for the first six months.
