About the role

We are seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to launch and run their own 360 recruitment desk remotely. You will benefit from the backing of an established agency while enjoying full autonomy over your client and candidate pipeline.

Key responsibilities

Build and manage a full‑cycle (360) recruitment desk from a remote location.
Source, interview and present candidates to client organisations.
Maintain and grow relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Negotiate offers and drive successful placements.
Collaborate with the internal team for support, shared resources and best practices.

Required profile

Proven experience as a recruitment consultant handling a 360 desk.
Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Strong desire to grow a personal desk with agency support.
