Experienced Accountant – Manufacturing (Atlantis)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced accountant to join a manufacturing concern located in Atlantis, Cape Town. The role involves handling the full spectrum of accounting activities within a production environment, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain general ledger entries for manufacturing operations.
• Process invoices, payments and reconcile bank statements.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Generate financial reports using Sage Evolution and related tools.

Required profile

• B.Com Accounting or National Diploma in Accounting.
• 2–3 years post‑qualification experience, preferably within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
